New services and equipment.
 Univest Print has started using this new printing technology:
- special fragrance oils in a wide range of odours (fruits, coffee, sea breeze, hay and flowers, pine tree)
- scratch paints (hidden images that can only be seen after being scratched with a coin)
- spot UV vanishing (matt or gloss) with adding glitter (pieces of coloured foil)
A new automatic KLUGE 14x22 EHD press was acquired.
The following kinds of embossing can be carried out using this press:
- Blind tooling (simplest type of embossing, imprint on the surface is indented)
- Foil embossing (the same principle as in blind tooling but using foil is used so that the indented surface is coloured and pressed in)
- Relief stamping (the most difficult type of embossing because of the complicated stamp and contramatrix involved, the imprint becomes salient)
- Plotting of holograms and holographic stickers on the finished product
Each type of the embossing can be applied separately or in combination with the others.
Format: minimum 76x76 mm, maximum 350x350 mm. Minimal paper thickness of 60 gr/sqm,
maximum cardboard thickness of 5 mm.
This technology can be used when printing postcards, stickers, labels, blanks, packaging (paper and cardboard) and other products.
